If you are in the unlikely situation where you consider you have to make a claim DO NOT proceed with the repairs until the claim has been authorised by the Claims Administrator.

Your repairer must telephone the Claims Administrator and obtain a claim authority number. At that time the Administrator will need:-

  • Your Proposal Form Number
  • Insured's Name
  • Current Mileage
  • Nature of Claim
  • Total Cost
  • Service History

If a claim arises out of normal business hours the claim must be registered on the answering service..

It is ESSENTIAL that the vehicle is serviced in accordance to the manufacturers specification and schedule. Failure to observe this WILL INVALIDATE the warranty.

Exclusions

Chassis, bodywork, interior and exterior trim, glass, tyres, batteries, exhaust, catalytic converter, in-car entertainment, locks, seized brake calipers and all service items.

Please note that normal wear and tear of components is EXCLUDED as this will have been reflected in the purchase price according to age and mileage.
